Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. in London, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy services in various settings, including clinics, communities, homes, and workplaces.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Prepare and submit case notes and reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Current registration or working towards registration with COTO.
  • Valid CPR certificate and a valid driver's license with auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
