About the Role

Pagnotta Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs for construction projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in estimating or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
