Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our Board of Directors. As a member of our Board, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we continue to meet our goals and support our community while upholding our core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in human resource management, including creating and implementing HR policies and activities of the organization.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance volunteer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with our committed Board of Directors, Staff, and Volunteers to create a meaningful impact in our local community.
  • Participate in special and fundraising events to support our mission.

Requirements

  • Expertise in human resource management.
  • Previous membership to a non-profit board is an asset but not required.
