Business DevelopmentIn this role, you will:
- Promote LEA's expertise to current and prospective clients, leveraging existing relationships while forging new ones.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients through market research and networking.
- Lead the preparation of proposals and marketing materials for project pursuits.
You will oversee the Traffic Signal and Street Lighting sector project portfolio, ensuring:
- Effective management of budgets, schedules, and risks.
- High-quality project deliverables within established timelines.
In this capacity, you will:
- Lead and manage teams of Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers.
- Conduct performance reviews and prioritize career planning for team members.
- Coach and mentor staff in various technical and managerial areas.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in traffic signal and illumination design.
- Experience with the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) and RAQs Certification for both Major and Minor Electrical work.
We seek candidates with:
- Strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Experience in risk management and financial oversight.
- Ability to negotiate with clients and resolve project-related issues.
