Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Royal Plastics (Guru Trading Ltd.).

Job Summary:

The Operations Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing resources, coordinating work, and establishing financial and administrative controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fast-paced environment and large workload
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Information technology and warehouse and storage facilities experience
  • Operations management and information and communication technology (ICT) experience
