About the Role

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport and Communications General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our transportation and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to drive business growth and success.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning to drive business results.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, excellent oral communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. As a team player, you will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
