Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Tong Chen, Yanlin Liu. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our homes, ensuring a comfortable and healthy living environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Household Chores: Launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, be punctual, and maintain a client-focused attitude.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift light objects.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and honesty.
