Marketing Specialist Job Description

Barkers' Trophies is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing communication strategies and programs to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop effective communication strategies to engage our target audience.
  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and other key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
