We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our team at Inverness Fast Food Incorporated. As a Stock Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory levels, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are accurately packed and shipped.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stockroom Operations: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including receiving and storing merchandise, and ensuring that all stock is properly labeled and stored.
- Physical Demands: Lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 45 kg (100 lbs) as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 45 kg (100 lbs) as required.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-48 hour workweek. Relocation costs are not covered by the employer, but we are willing to relocate the right candidate.
