- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Supervision: Provide regular feedback and coaching to staff members, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth and development.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role, with a strong background in operations management and customer service.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
