As a Financial Services Representative at Desjardins, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and clients. Your primary objective will be to optimize their financial health by understanding their specific needs and addressing them effectively.

Main Position in the Caisse Network:

Wealth Management Advisor. You will work closely with members to develop strategies and offer investment, financing, and insurance products tailored to their needs.

Key Positions and Brief Descriptions:

Advisory Agent - Member and Client Experience. You will support members and clients by educating them on existing applications and technological tools that can help them manage their finances independently.

Financial Services Agent. You will collaborate with personal finance advisors to enhance the service offered to members, focusing on administrative, sales, and service aspects.

Personal Financial Advisor. You will attend to members' investment and financing needs while ensuring quality service and building strong relationships.
