About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team at Norse Landscapes Ltd. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks, including construction, plant care, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Perform manual labour tasks, such as cutting grass, removing litter and garbage, and carting and spreading topsoil and other materials.
  • Operate equipment, such as lawn mowers and pruning saws, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary position with a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and may be required to work at heights.
