Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Dx Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.

Merchandise and Services

Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Price and Credits Policies

Implement price and credits policies to optimize sales and revenue.

Supply Chain Management

Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and drive customer engagement.

Financial Management

Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.

Team Leadership

Supervise and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team success.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
