Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich & Salads. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to our high standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting our expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that they receive exceptional service.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
