About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Gerdau S.A. This is a key position that will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize electrical maintenance work orders to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance costs.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance procedures to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to identify and resolve electrical issues.
  • Supervise maintenance trades and contractors during production down periods and outages.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Electrical Technologist or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Certified Electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical building services, power distribution systems, and electrical power components.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
