Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Setup and operation of machinery including capping and blister sealing equipment.
  • Conduct visual inspections of filled vials and syringes.
  • Prepare and sterilize components and manufacturing apparatus using autoclaves, vial washers, and depyrogenation ovens.
  • Document and record all necessary information/data in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
  • Execute all tasks in compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, and established Health & Safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness of aseptic manufacturing environments as per established guidelines.
  • Alert supervisors regarding any manufacturing issues or deviations from quality standards.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
  • This is a fixed-term contract role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a cGMP environment.
  • High school diploma with two years of relevant experience.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in decimals, addition, subtraction, and problem-solving.

This position may also entail the following conditions:

  • Pre-employment medical assessments and periodic medical re-evaluations, including eye examinations and color vision tests.
  • Occasional use of half-face and full-face respirators.
  • Vaccination for Hepatitis A and B is required.
  • Gown qualification for sterile operations in Class A/B clean rooms.
  • Job may require shift work, including weekends and extended hours.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 kg, and direct contact with disinfectant agents.
