Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of department members and provide coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Food Safe Certification and a passion for great food and customer service.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
