Mechanical Quality Assurance Inspector

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Mechanical Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our motor vehicles by conducting inspections and testing.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to identify potential issues.
- Inspect motor vehicles for defects, including exterior priming, color coats, sealers, and glaziers.
- Mark, record, and report motor defects for repair.
- Test motor vehicle electrical assemblies, equipment, and wiring for proper performance.
- Inspect auto parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Inspect fully assembled motor vehicles for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Verify that previously noted defects have been corrected.
- Drive and test motor vehicles on a roll testing device to ensure transmission, axle, engine, and brakes function properly.
- Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
