Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, you'll oversee all business activities across Canada for the RW&CO. brand. Your strategic direction will propel our brand identity and align with our overarching vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of growth strategies across multiple marketing channels, visual presentation, planning & allocation, sales, and operations.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset to enhance and support our brand DNA.
  • Accountable for the brand's sustainable growth and profitability within existing and new markets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the brand departments, maintain budgets, and optimize expenses.
  • Lead the brand with a clearly defined sense of business direction and purpose, fostering a culture focused on performance and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing P&L, top and bottom line oriented.
  • A proven track record in growing and leveraging a brand while delivering growth and profitability.
  • A performance driver and change agent: A strong capacity to drive change and lead business transformations for greater business agility.
  • A strong ability to develop and leverage their network and relationships within RW&CO. as well as external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor degree in a related field of study.
  • Fifteen years of progressive experience in retail with a minimum of 7 years within a senior executive role.
  • Bilingual.
