About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Talent Nails and Lashes Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians and support staff
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients receive a high level of satisfaction
    • Assist clients with special needs and provide personalized service
  • Operations and Administration
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out as needed
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
    • Prepare and submit progress reports and other administrative tasks
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop the skills of our nail technicians and support staff
    • Provide technical advice and guidance to ensure that our high standards are met
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Combine sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
    • Experience in a nail salon or related industry an asset
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
