Job Title: Medical Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Medical Support Assistant to join our team at MEDICARE STAFFING SOLUTION INC.

Job Summary:

The Medical Support Assistant will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires a physically demanding work environment with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
