We are seeking an experienced Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at the University Health Network. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation and return to work services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' soft tissues, joint function, and range of motion to develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and return to work outcomes.
- Provide ongoing evaluation and monitoring of client progress, administering and collecting outcome measurement information as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in rehabilitation and return to work services.
- Communicate effectively with clients, referral sources, and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an interdisciplinary practice.
- Recognized Massage Therapy degree or diploma.
- Registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
- Proof of valid malpractice insurance.
