About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team at Natural Oasis Day Spa. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Body Treatments: Provide relaxing and rejuvenating body treatments, including exfoliating body treatments, to promote overall well-being.
  • Facial Services: Offer customized facials, including skin peels and waxing, to address various skin concerns.
  • Massage Therapy: Provide therapeutic foot massages and relaxation massages to help clients relax and reduce stress.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare products and trends, and make recommendations to clients based on their skin types and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Manual Dexterity: Possess excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Team Player: Be a team player and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
