Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding Machine Assistant to join our team at 1700006 AB LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of metal cleaning equipment, sorting metal sheets and parts, and performing various tasks to ensure the quality of our metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products surfaces.
  • Sort and organize metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Load and unload vehicles as needed.
  • Polish metal products to a mirror finish.
  • Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
