Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and finances, to execute the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and oversee the appointment of senior management personnel.
  • Set strategic goals for the organization and develop or endorse policies and marketing programs.
  • Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official engagements, or delegate authority as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions and clear delegation of responsibilities.
  • Oversee event management and execution.
  • Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations.
  • Establish financial and administrative oversight; develop and approve marketing campaigns; and oversee human resources strategies.

Experience Required: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Work Environment:

  • On-site position.
  • Compensation: $80.50 to $90.50 per hour (negotiable) for 30 to 44 hours per week.
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time.
  • Flexible working hours available.
  • Number of Vacancies: 1.
