About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Pharmasave 178. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Information Management: Accurately enter client information into our databases, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Pharmacist Support: Provide assistance to our pharmacists in preparing medications, maintaining prescription records, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records, ensuring that our pharmacy is well-stocked and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the success of our pharmacy.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
