About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to join our team at Aryon Construction Ltd. as a Bricklayer Helper. This is a permanent position that offers a range of benefits and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Site Setup and Dismantling: Help to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Spreading Materials: Assist in mixing and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Clean-up and Maintenance: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and perform general maintenance tasks as required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights. The successful candidate will be required to work a regular 35-40 hour week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
