Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Forms Carpenter to join our team at Scancon Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and installing concrete forms, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings
Work Environment

The Concrete Forms Carpenter will work in a fast-paced construction environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to handle heavy loads, work in physically demanding conditions, and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat required
