Position Overview

AIRSCULPT is in search of a dedicated NURSE who embodies our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive and personable individual, passionate about patient care and enhancing the patient experience. Strong communication skills are essential in our collaborative, dynamic, and demanding healthcare setting. This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
  • Executing nursing duties with clinical proficiency, including accurate medication administration, proper sterile field setup, and effective equipment disinfection and sterilization.
  • Completing all necessary documentation accurately and promptly, in line with company protocols.
  • Engaging effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators, to manage daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Documenting clinical and surgical notes accurately and appropriately.
  • Providing exceptional patient care and service consistently.
  • Following established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhancing patient retention by delivering top-quality care and experiences.
  • Assisting in various aspects of clinical and surgical operations.
  • Maintaining professionalism and adaptability while interacting with diverse personalities.
  • Taking on additional projects and responsibilities as directed by Clinical Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Nurse license (RN, LVN, or LPN) with at least two years of nursing experience.
  • ACLS Certification is mandatory for all nursing staff.
  • IV Certification required for LVNs/LPNs in specific states.
  • Experience in a plastic surgery environment is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Availability for weekend shifts as needed.
  • High energy level with a strong emphasis on patient care and experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
