We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Specialist to join our team at QUALITY OIL CHANGE & TIRE SERVICE. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on restoring vehicles to their original condition.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess repair costs based on detailed damage reports.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of repaired vehicles.
  • Perform test drives to ensure vehicles handle correctly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Replace various components including front ends, body parts, doors, and underbody sections.
  • Prepare surfaces for repair by filing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Mask and tape areas in preparation for painting.
  • Use tools to hammer out dents and imperfections.
  • Remove damaged parts and install replacements through bolting or welding.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces as needed.
  • Repair or replace interior components and damaged glass.
  • Mix and match paint colors for seamless repairs.
Work Environment
  • This position is physically demanding and requires attention to detail.
  • Tasks may involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.

  • Reliability and a strong sense of teamwork are essential.
