Job Title: Executive Director of Logistics

New West Transport Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Logistics to lead our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage a team of logistics coordinators and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain visibility and reduce lead times.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including carriers, brokers, and customers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or transportation management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
