- Safety Compliance: Uphold safety regulations and departmental guidelines to create a secure environment for both staff and guests.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, including payroll processing.
- Performance Management: Conduct evaluations and appraisals to foster employee development.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Staff Management: Handle recruitment and termination processes for housekeeping personnel.
- Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the housekeeping sector.
