Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed to ensure we have the right products on hand.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train our sales staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and services and are providing excellent customer service.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accurate records and balancing the cash register at the end of each shift.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer Skills: MS Outlook
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance
