Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and maintenance activities, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage routine pipeline operations, including emergency response protocols, product sampling, and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with the Emergency Management Program through active participation in planning and training exercises.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures and job execution plans to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Establish work schedules and monitor production goals, adapting to resource availability as needed.
  • Oversee the operational budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Provide technical input for project planning and execution, adhering to the Management of Change (MOC) process.
  • Foster positive relationships with community stakeholders and ensure effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Certification in Power Engineering or Trades, or a degree in Business or Engineering is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Emergency Response protocols and training (up to ICS 300) is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with business-related software applications.
  • Previous experience with SAP PM or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
