Job Summary

The Bathroom Attendant - Hospitality Specialist is a key member of the Estiatorio Milos team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the restroom areas in the restaurant. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the restroom areas are consistently clean and well-maintained, meeting the high standards of Estiatorio Milos
  • Restock restroom supplies as needed, maintaining a par level of essential items
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and exceeding expectations
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to the company's dress code and grooming standards
  • Complete report sheets of activity, providing accurate and timely information
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting the overall success of the restaurant

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Able to stand on their feet for long periods of time, with a high level of energy and stamina
  • Remains calm and composed in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Able to receive feedback and direction, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role

Hourly Wage

$18 per hour
