- Staffing Requirements: Determine the staffing requirements for the store, including hiring and training new staff members.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise office and volunteer staff, including providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
