Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Qiviuk Boutique. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
- Manage cash handling and reconcile sales transactions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including scheduling and training.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Manage and maintain a fast-paced retail environment, including handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
