About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Associate to join our Sales and Service team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a Lot Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our vehicle inventory, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle inventory, ensuring all vehicles are ready for delivery or display
  • Perform daily tasks to ensure the lot is presented in a professional and attractive manner
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering vehicles in excellent condition
  • Transport customers, parts, and paperwork as requested by management
  • Collaborate effectively with Service Advisors and Product Advisors to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and high-quality control standards
  • Ability to work effectively against deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable with lifting and moving loads as required
  • Valid British Columbia Driver's License and current driver's abstract
