About the Role
Harbinger Network is seeking a seasoned Chief Estimator to join the Chandos Construction team in Ottawa. As a key member of the estimating team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all estimating functions.

About the Opportunity
This leadership role offers a significant opportunity to influence the growth and direction of the branch. You will have exclusive access to the national group of Chief Estimators within the Chandos Group, providing opportunities for the exchange of ideas.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and direct all estimating functions
- Provide management, support, and assistance to the estimating team
- Ensure accuracy and leadership in estimating to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
- Lead the estimating team to achieve business goals and objectives
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Estimator with a strong background in construction estimating, preferably in commercial or industrial construction. You should have a degree or technical diploma in Engineering or Construction Technology and be a Designated Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) and/or Construction Estimator Certified (CEC).
