Le rôle

L'analyste financier senior jouera un rôle crucial dans l'équipe Finance d'Enerkem. En collaboration avec l'équipe, l'analyste financier senior sera chargé de réaliser des analyses et des modélisations financières précises pour appuyer les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise. Le candidat idéal doit être minutieux, s'exprimer clairement, faire preuve de dynamisme lorsqu'il travaille en équipe et démontrer de solides compétences en modélisation et en analyses financières, en plus d'un sens aigu des affaires.

Les responsabilités

  • Supporter le développement stratégique de l'entreprise et l'exécution de son plan d'affaires
  • Élaborer, appliquer et améliorer des modèles financiers complexes pour appuyer le développement de projets d'investissements majeurs, le financement corporatif et le financement de projets
  • Participer aux négociations de financements au niveau corporatif et au niveau des projets
  • Évaluer des opportunités d'investissement ainsi que d'autres initiatives stratégiques d'entreprise ayant pour but la création de valeur
  • Collaborer avec plusieurs départements et équipes (direction, légal, développement commercial, innovation) pour préparer des analyses financières et les assister dans la présentation aux comités internes, partenaires et clients
  • Suivi des tendances de marché et analyse de l'industrie afin d'identifier des opportunités commerciales et d'établir les hypothèses de modélisation
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées, au besoin

Les qualifications requises

  • Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe
  • 2-4 ans d'expérience pertinente en fusion et acquisitions, financement corporatif, développement corporatif ou domaine connexe un atout

Les compétences requises

  • Expérience transactionnelle dans un contexte financier, un atout
  • Solide connaissance pratique d'Excel et Powerpoint
  • Capacité d'établir des priorités, solides aptitudes à gérer des tâches multiples, souci du détail
  • Candidat flexible, motivé et énergique, qui travaille bien au sein d'une équipe dynamique dans un environnement en constante évolution
  • Bilingue français/anglais
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite
