Rising Edge Group is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a crew, ensuring project execution, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate a crew to achieve project goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure effective communication with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Mentor and train crew members on safety policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to review and obtain closure on RFIs and COs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Construction Management or a related field or Journeyman PSE/Electrician designation.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in medium to high-voltage substation construction is an asset.
  • Knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, project scheduling, cost control, and quality control.
