Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at Auto Country. This role involves coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents; assemble containers and crates; inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain internal record-keeping system; record shortages and reject damaged goods; route goods to appropriate storage areas.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Pack goods to be shipped; unpack goods received; affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments.
  • Financial Transactions: Pay and receive payments for goods.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
