Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff member to assist in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential for ensuring that our culinary operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and properly store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other designated storage areas.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed for meal preparation.
  • Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
Qualifications

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
