Key Responsibilities- Establishing work strategies and defining project scopes.
- Preparing detailed budgets and timelines for project execution.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Designing comprehensive roadway plans and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinating all aspects of project development and execution.
- Conducting engineering calculations and analyses to support project objectives.
- Assisting in the construction phase by providing necessary support and expertise.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation engineering design.
- Familiarity with Ontario’s design standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools.
- Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
