Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to contribute to our operations. Our office is based in Montreal, and we offer relocation and immigration support for the right candidate.
The primary backend technologies utilized include Ruby, Rails, and PostgreSQL. As a vital member of the growth team, you will engage in various facets of the customer acquisition journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities.
- Develop proof of concept software.
- Assess your impact through a scientific and analytical approach.
- Design and execute experiments aimed at enhancing patient acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Establish data analytics to gain insights into user behavior.
- Create proof of concept code that leverages identified opportunities.
- Ensure the development of secure, HIPAA-compliant software.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web application development.
- Proficient in Ruby/Rails, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- An experimental mindset grounded in the scientific method.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining web applications in production settings.
- A degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- A genuine appreciation for the scientific method and a data-driven approach.
- Solid knowledge of computer security and privacy protection.
Compensation and Benefits
In line with our values, Circle Medical offers transparent salaries based on location and performance, with options to exchange cash for stock.
This is a full-time, salaried role, with an annual compensation package (including cash and stock) ranging from $133,000 to $148,000 CAD, along with generous vacation and comprehensive medical/dental benefits (depending on work location).
