Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Brainhunter. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Development Support engineers in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Development Support engineers in conducting technical tests and ensuring the quality of our software products.
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and Production, to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on testing methodologies and tools.
- Identify and report testing defects and issues to the development team.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proven experience in leading a team of Development Support engineers.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium or Appium.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide clear, concise recommendations for resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing tools and platforms.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies.
