About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team at SHARECO CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of masonry work on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units to ensure a strong and durable foundation for our buildings.
  • Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide a visually appealing exterior finish.
  • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units to meet the specific needs of our projects.
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages to access and complete masonry work on upper levels of buildings.
  • Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools to ensure a precise fit.
  • Lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces that meet our high standards.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Physically demanding work that requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
  • Work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in masonry work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Reliable and accurate with a strong work ethic.
