Senior Communications Manager

Job Summary:
OLG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our communications function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans that support our business priorities and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic communications advice to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and implement communications plans to support business objectives
- Manage and drive the end-to-end communications planning process
- Produce high-quality communications products for media, social, and digital channels
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure integrated communications approaches
- Respond to crisis communications situations to manage reputational risk
- Support senior leadership and executives with information and counsel
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a communications role, with a focus on corporate communications and experience in PR, digital, and multimedia communications
- University degree or college diploma in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Superior written, oral, and visual communication skills
- Relationship management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Creative acumen
- Detail-oriented
