About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (Biologist/Ecologist) to join our growing Environmental Science team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead environmental projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biologists, ecologists, and environmental scientists, to develop and implement project plans.
  • Conduct site assessments, monitor environmental conditions, and implement mitigation measures as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental project management, with a focus on biology and ecology.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
