Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Deployment Performance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our simulators.

The Role We Are Offering You:

  • Analyze project requirements and configure simulator settings.
  • Ensure simulator performance meets acceptance criteria.
  • Provide technical support during acceptance and qualification processes.
  • Identify and resolve hardware and software issues in collaboration with engineers and technicians.
  • Interact with customers, pilots, and engineers from various CAE departments.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • A degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of aerodynamics, flight dynamics, and control theory.
  • Experience with various simulator performance systems is an asset.
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems is an asset.
  • Excellent project ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented.
  • Availability to travel for on-site work.
  • Knowledge of CAE's simulation technologies is an asset.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
